Founder & MD
A dynamic entrepreneur with exceptional leadership qualities, he began his journey in the retail garment industry at the young age of 15. With over 3 decades of rich experience in the retail sector including garments, and more than 15 years of expertise in procurement and product design, he has developed a deep understanding of market demands and consumer preferences. What started as a single retail outlet named “7 Eleven” in Surat, Gujarat, has grown into a trusted brand known for its quality and affordability. Driven by a clear vision to deliver “Value for Money” products that are “Preferred by All,” he continues to lead with passion, innovation, and a commitment to excellence.
MR. KETAN THAKKAR
Director & Head of Procurement
A core strength of our organization, he has been instrumental in shaping and sustaining the brand’s growth. Backed by a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, he brings with him over 15 years of experience in the garment and retail industry, along with more than a decade of expertise in procurement and financial management. Known for his discipline, punctuality, and strategic insight, he plays a crucial role in operations and leadership. As a driving force behind a team of 750+ employees, his dedication and hands-on approach continue to fuel our journey toward operational excellence and sustainable success.

Bringing 2 Decades of hands-on retail experience, Mr. Amit Rajde spearheads our national store network with a sharp focus on strategy, sales growth, and high-performance team leadership. His data-driven approach to merchandising and customer experience consistently boosts revenue while streamlining operations. A natural motivator, his cultivates empowered store teams that deliver on both daily targets and long-term brand vision, ensuring our retail footprint remains agile, profitable, and customer-centric.
MR. URMIL THAKKAR
Head Office & Project
An accomplished engineering graduate with over A Decades of experience, Mr. Urmil Thakkar leads the Head Office and Projects division with exceptional expertise in micro-management and precision planning. His strong technical foundation and detail-oriented approach ensure seamless execution, resource optimization, and timely project delivery. Under his leadership, the organization has achieved operational excellence and consistent innovation across multiple projects.
JCR Fashion Journey
In 2012, the first store was launched in Surat under our own registered brand, located at Rahul Raj Mall, Dumas Road.
In 2017, JCR Fashion Retail was restructured as a Private Limited Company and rebranded as “One Centre” As of now, 22 stores are part of One Centre, covering 2.25 lakh sq. ft. of retail area.
In 2024, we took a strategic step into the Value – Non-Food FMCG category by launching “NEWEST,” a new venture under the JCR Fashion Retail umbrella. Today, we proudly operate 23+ company- owned stores with 36,302 sq. ft. area, strengthening our retail footprint.

Newest Store Opening Strategy
Currently, NEWEST operates 26 stores across Gujarat, establishing a strong and trusted retail footprint in the state. Building upon this success, we have already executed 15 Memorandums of Understanding (MOUs) for upcoming stores, with an additional prime locations under active evaluation.
To accelerate growth, our dedicated project team follows a highly efficient execution model, completing end-to-end store fit-outs within just 10–15 days per location. This speed, coupled with a structured approach, enables us to scale rapidly while maintaining consistency in quality and customer experience.
With this robust foundation and proven capabilities, NEWEST is strategically positioned to pursue an ambitious expansion roadmap, targeting the opening of 30 to 40 new stores every month in the near future.
